Dunster Show appearance by a small group of 13
It was a case of ‘Raindrops Keep Falling on (or very near!) Minehead’ when 13 members of The Rivertones, including Chorus Director Peter Gover, travelled to the Dunster Show on Friday, 16 August to sing as part of the show’s entertainment.
The small group performed three sets during the day, but because of the less-than-favourable weather, sang in the shelter of the show’s beer tent rather than on the Village Green..
Despite attendances being down on a normal year due to the persistent rain, there were still reasonable numbers on the showground and most people seemed to enjoy themselves.
